April 15, 2009 – homecoming!
Our son was released from the NICU this afternoon and he is finally home! We had to sign a lot of forms and watch CPR / carseat videos. Tia Sandra helped us entertain Branson at the hospital since he insisted he came with us. He proudly wore his “big brother” shirt and even wore the shirt to bed. It was such a great feeling to have our family together – finally. (pictures to come) Damon came home one day sooner than expected and is doing very well. Thank you for all of your prayers.

What a time! Thank you for the good news. I can’t imagine going home without a new baby. Hopefully you are healing fast from c section. It is rough, so rough. But, wait until the baby is a few months old and looks at his big bro and there is so much love in his face. It is very special. Hopefully we can talk soon.
